Circular

 A communication has been received from the Administration of the Republic of Korea, concerning the application of relevant provisions under MARPOL Annex I new regulation 13H(5), (6) and (8).

 In accordance with the provisions of the revised regulation 3H(8)(a) and (b) of MARPOL Annex I, the above-mentioned communication, annexed hereto, is circulated to the Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
