The Marine Environment Protection Committee,

 A communication has been received from the Administration of Barbados concerning exemptions granted under regulation 2(4) of Annex I of MARPOL 73/78.

 In accordance with regulation 2(4)(c) of Annex I of MARPOL 73/78, the above-mentioned communication is circulated to the Parties to the Convention for their information and appropriate action, if any.
