Circular

 A communication has been received from the Bahamas Maritime Authority concerning the application of the provisions under MARPOL Annex IV.

 As requested by the Bahamas Maritime Authority, the above-mentioned communication, attached at annex, is circulated to Parties of the Convention and Member States for their information and appropriate action, if any.
